How do I incept a policy should I wish to proceed?
You need to call us on free call 0800-731-2940. You should have received either a verbal or written quotation - with a quote reference. Please speak with one of our operators giving our quote reference and our operator will take you through the procedure.


How can I pay for my insurance?
We accept payment by the following payment methods;


How much do I Insure my building for?
You need to Insure your building for its replacement value including Architects and Surveyors fees and debris removal. We recommend you undertake a formal valuation with a qualified valuer.

How much do I Insure my contents for?
You need to insure your contents for their replacement value, I.e. replacement as new. We recommend you undertake an inventory of ALL your contents.

Will I be Insured with a good company?
All Morgan Richardson Limited products are insured with major worldwide Insurance companies.

When do I receive my policy and employers liability certificate?
As soon as the policy is incepted, we will try to get you policy out to you the next day where possible.

What do I need to do in the event of a claim?
To make a claim, you telephone our dedicated claims helpline which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Have your policy number ready when calling and if you need to undertake repairs as a matter of emergency (such as a burst pipe or restoring storm-damaged roof) to prevent further damage the claims helpline team will direct you.

What is the "Minimum Standard of Security?"
You will be required to fit screw or key operated locks to any accessible windows and Five Lever Mortise Dead Locks on all final exit doors. (Underwriters may agree similar locking deterrents) We will confirm the standard of security required by Insurers at the time of incepting your policy. If you do not comply with these requirements it may invalidate your policy. Full details of this can be found in your Insurance Prospectus.

What happens when my Insurance is due for Renewal?
We advise you in good time before your Insurance is due for renewal. At the time of inviting renewal, we will provide you with terms and renewal premium offered by your existing Insurer or alternative Insurers from our panel. We will ask you if there have been any changes to your business and also remind you to make sure your sums insured are still adequate
